Neil
Neil is the previous owner of Empire Travel Center since the beginning in 1977 and has enjoyed selling travel for over 35 years. He plans group and incentive group travel down to the last detail including planning international concert venues for choirs. With extensive travel experience, he is a specialist in designing trips to Europe, Mexico, Hawaii and Las Vegas.

Joan
Joan brings 20 years of travel agent experience to Empire Travel Center. She is an expert at coordinating group travel including destination weddings, family reunions and university class trips . She brings personal experience to cruise travel having cruised on ten different cruises and three different cruise lines.
Joan's hours at Empire are Fridays 9-5:30 and Saturday's 10-2.

Carol
Carol is Empire's manager and cruise specialist. Her passion in life is cruising. She took her first cruise with Holland America Line in September of 1990 and found it was literally a career changing experience. She has earned CLIA's (Cruise Lines International Association) highest designation of Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) and maintains close contacts in the Seattle office of Holland America Line

Emily Pedersen
Emily Pedersen has worked in the travel industry for 6 years and
specializes in Destination Weddings and Honeymoons. She visits destinations
and resorts throughout Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean to meet with
wedding coordinators who will assist with your dream wedding and honeymoon!
This does not limit her to only consult young couples. She loves to help
families, singles, and groups find a special destination that will create
everlasting memories. While working as a Travel Consultant she has also
traveled to Japan, South Africa, Australia, and Europe. Emily especially
enjoys getting to know her clients' wants, needs, and expectations of a
vacation so she can make the right suggestions for the perfect escape

Karina, a travel agent for 5 years, is another Disney Specialist having been to Disneyworld and Disneyland twice each.. As a native Spanish speaker, she brings a breadth of experience to travel to Latin America . She also enjoys planning trips to Las Vegas.
